Incheon Yeongjong Rail Bike & Sorae Park Day Tour

Two days before departure, I received an email from the local company informing me that my arrival would be postponed for one day. I immediately replied that it was OK, but strangely it was not a notification from klook. I took the initiative to ask klook customer service, and the reply was that I wanted to ask. It was strange, so I had to ask three more questions myself. It took a whole day to confirm the rescheduling. Every day when traveling abroad is precious. It was a bit disappointing to have only 2 days notice of the temporary change of time, leaving the guests confused to confirm on their own. The two places we visited during the itinerary were good for flower viewing, but I didn’t like the museum part that much. There are many places to take pictures in Chinatown, but you have to queue up for every restaurant. The outlet is a big place with many brands and restaurants, which is good. The tour guide politely explained the time and place clearly. The 7-passenger car accommodated a total of 5 of us and was comfortable. The drive from point to point is not long, with the longest fruit section being 50 minutes. Arranged

I never expected that feeding the seagulls was the most fun part of the trip. I felt that we didn't have enough time! But the ecological park in the afternoon was a bit boring. There was nothing special to see except three windmills.

The whole event was fun, especially the seagull feeding tour guide Steve was very nice and helpful. In addition to introducing the attractions, he also promoted Korean culture and food to us, which was very popular.

The itinerary was arranged smoothly and was worth participating in. The tour guide and driver gave very detailed explanations and the driving was very smooth, which made the traveling family very satisfied.

The tour guide, Mr. Joe, was patient and attentive, and explained in detail. Feeding the sea was fun. Thank you, tour guide, Mr. Joe. Everyone had a great time.

Unfortunately for some reason after I requested an English speaking tour, i was placed (as a single disabled female traveller) on an all Chinese tour. As nice as Luke the guide was about it he also spoke very little English, and so for the whole 12 hour day I spoke to noone which made me very uncomfortable. The drop offs for each stop were literally street corners and I didn't feel very confident that I would remember where to return especially due to not being able to communicate with the rest of the group or guide. The museum "tour" on the itinerary was a 5 minute walk around 2 small floors and as everything was in korean and our guide was not present for it there seemed no point. I've been on a number of trips in Korea on my 5 visits, this is definitely one I would not recommend or do again.
