• Please provide the name and address of your hotel/B&B in Hualien City or Hualien Train Station for both departure and return trips in the order notes.
• This tour departs between 10:40 AM and 11:15 AM.
• Please do not book this tour if your train arrives in Hualien after 11:15.
• This tour takes approximately 3.5-4 hours.
• The driver will make slight adjustments based on road closures and attractions.
• Meals are not included in this itinerary. The driver can suggest dining locations.
• Minimum group size is 2 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size requirement, the tour will be canceled. You will receive an email notification of the tour cancellation 1 day prior to departure.
• To maintain vehicle cleanliness and the rights of other passengers, please do not bring pets on board. Thank you for your understanding.
• A complimentary baby seat is available upon request. Please indicate your need on the order form.
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or heavy rain, a decision will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 12:00) as to whether the tour will be cancelled. You will be notified by email accordingly.
• The merchant reserves the right to cancel or adjust the duration of stay at attractions due to delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as traffic and weather.
• After a successful booking, a representative will call or text you between 16:00-20:00 the day before departure to inform you of the exact pick-up time.
• Driver and guide service, with a brief introduction to each scenic spot considering driving safety.
• This is a shared tour.
• Includes traveler's liability insurance (NT$2.5 million) and medical insurance with actual payment (NT$200,000) per person.
• Additional charges apply for pick-up and drop-off in remote areas. For pick-up/drop-off from hotels outside the city center, such as Ideal, Farglory, Shine Mood, and Yi Yuan, an additional NT$150 per person per one-way trip or NT$200 per person for a round trip will be charged. This fee is payable directly to the driver/guide on-site.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
