The Day Before Departure
Around 20:00–21:00 the day before departure, information about your tour guide and vehicle will be sent to your email address (it may go to your spam folder), so please be sure to check it promptly and ensure your communication channels are open. During peak season, there may be slight delays. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, confirmation of cancellation will be made by 18:00 local time the day before departure and you will be notified by email.
Seats and Vehicles
- This is a shared tour, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please indicate them in the remarks. We will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to the actual situation on site.
- The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of participants, and you cannot specify a particular vehicle type. When there are fewer participants, a driver may also serve as an accompanying staff member, and the explanations may be more concise.
- If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, you will be required to pay compensation according to local standards.
Itinerary Adjustments and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles may not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000–10,000 Japanese Yen per hour).
- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
- In the event of weather or force majeure causing the suspension of facilities such as cable cars or cruises, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of stops will be adjusted.
- No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway through the tour due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group will be your own responsibility.
Seasons and Scenery
- Mt. Fuji's visibility is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when visibility is low. It is recommended to check the weather information before booking.
- Seasonal limited-time events such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not achieved, the tour will still depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.
Other Information
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.
* This tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance. It is recommended that you purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please register carefully according to your health condition.
* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refunds will be given, and you will be responsible for your own return or additional accommodation costs.
* During peak travel periods on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions may close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power bank.
