• Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes before departure. If you fail to board the vehicle on time, you will be deemed to have given up the trip automatically, and the fees will not be refunded.
• Reservations can be made from 1 person, and the minimum number of departures is 4. If there are less than 4 people, the date will be changed or canceled two days before departure and a full refund will be issued.
• In rainy weather, the view may be cloudy due to fog (sea fog) and monorail operations may be suspended due to safety concerns.
• Infants under 24 months old and pregnant women are not permitted to ride the Hwagaesan Monorail.
• If luge operation is impossible due to natural disasters such as heavy rain or heavy snow, cancellation and refund are possible.
• In order to facilitate the driver to contact you and protect the rights of guests, please be sure to provide your APP contact information (Line/Whatsapp, etc.).
• Please note that the itinerary will be subject to change depending on the weather and on-site conditions on the day.
