The transfer services by itm- travel is great and the driver is very friendly. Unfortunately, the cruise team refused to serve us wine and photography fees, which are included items of my booking!
The experience would have been better if not for the false advertising. A lot of the included items on the Package were not served or honored during the cruise. No cocktails were served. Alholic drinks were not served and if you ordered it was not free, The photography fee was not free. I don't know why they include admission to palaces and fortress when we didnt go to any of it. See attached screenshot of my voucher. There was no communication, zero. I waited for almost an hour before I was picked up, I almost gived up. There was no guide.
