Comfortable 5-seater (including infants and young children) (Can carry 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage)
Business 10-seater (including infants and young children) (Can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)
Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended that you book a suitable vehicle type so that you can carry all your luggage. Passengers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to failure to follow the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type. If the rental time exceeds the specified range, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver, please pay the driver in cash directly. - Child safety seats are not available in this area.
- The total duration of the chartered car service is based on the order. The service time is 08:00-20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so that you can fully enjoy the attractions.
- Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friends setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
- After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication on the itinerary arrangement. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait in the hotel lobby for the driver to pick you up at least 10 minutes in advance.
- An overtime fee/extra kilometer fee will be charged if the actual car usage exceeds the service time or travel distance.
- If the total trip exceeds 200 kilometers, JPY 300/kilometer will be charged.
- Overtime rentals due to traffic congestion will be charged extra, regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
