Everglades Holiday Park Tour with Transportation

I was able to receive the pick-up instructions on the morning of the day, and although the pick-up location was different from the one I chose, they changed it. As a result, the pick-up time was delayed by about an hour, and the travel schedule ended about two hours late. The tour content was satisfactory, but we had about an hour for lunch after the tour, so we had to eat under the scorching sun and there was no place to rest, so the waiting time was difficult.

Completely chaotic management, extremely bad service, the itinerary page shows that the pick-up point and the boarding point are inconsistent, and there are multiple buses from different companies at one of the boarding points.
