Easy entry, just scan the QR code. but the auto allocated seats could be better. other than that, no doubt for the musical itself!
After purchasing the Grand Circle tickets, I couldn't find the seat numbers at the venue. The staff tried to help but couldn't find them either, so I had to go to the first-floor office to print physical tickets. Once I had the tickets, I discovered the seat numbers were in a folded section within the order, but it wasn't clearly indicated that these were the seat numbers. The seats assigned were in the very last row on the far right, which wasn't a good location. From there, I could only see the general shapes of the performers on stage, but no facial expressions or details.
this was the most incredible show I’ve ever seen, it was breathtaking. absolutely fantastic performance, a huge beautiful theatre we were in awe. the silence of the viewers said it all, you were enthralled and did not want to miss a second of this wonderful performance. truly truly wonderful , bravo 👏
It was easy to get and the voucher was easy to get, but I didn't know the seat, so I asked them in another room. The ticket that came out was about 10,000 yen cheaper than the price I paid to Klook, so I thought it would have been better to buy it on the spot. But the seat was pretty good.
It felt far away, but it's an immersion that's never far off.
Fantastic show. The performers were great, the musicians were great and very importantly the stage design was very well thought out and done. Very impressed! I would highly recommend anyone visiting London or staying in London not to miss out on this musical.
I wasn't expecting much from this show, but after seeing it, I experienced an immersive stage performance. The elaborate set changes and the actors' lively performances made it a visual feast worth experiencing when you're in London!
