Cancellation policy

- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
- The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
