What to expect

Step inside one of their modern ferries and travel between Koh Pha Ngan and Koh Samui in just 30 minutes! Choose from the various schedules available, as well as your pick up/drop off point in Koh Samui (either Pralarn Pier or Nathon Pier,) depending on your travel needs. Once that's settled, purchase your tickets at least 24 hours in advance and pick up your ticket at the ticket booth near your ferry's boarding location. Make sure to check in at least half an hour before the scheduled departure time, before you enter the boat and wait for the ship to sail. The ferry also has an awesome outdoor deck where you can feel the cool ocean breeze and smell the salty air. Pick ups for hotels in selected areas in Koh Samui are also available for an extra charge.

- Bringing water sports equipment (eg. Vibrating Surfboard, Skateboard, Nine Boards, Windsurfing, etc.) will incur an extra charge of THB400 for bus route & boat route or THB300 for boat route only, to be paid in cash directly to the operator
- Bringing bicycles (only for folding bicycles) will incur an extra charge of THB100 for boat route and the same for bus route & boat route, to be paid in cash directly to the operator

The instructions at the pier are a bit unclear, and the communication efficiency of the pick-up could be improved to be more immediate, but basically the ferry is pretty good.
Good customer service. Price are cheaper if got klook discount or payment promo code from time to time.
You must exchange your ticket for a ticket at the Lomprayah Koh Phangan Office just before the pier. Just be careful.
I made a reservation for 12 o'clock, but when I got there, it said it was leaving at 12:15. Even so, they just tell you to wait for over an hour without a clear reason. They said they were going to go on a boat, so everyone went, but they were cut off because they said they were over capacity. When foreigners who couldn't wait asked what was going on, they just said "maximum" and handed out bottled water as if they were sorry. I clearly made a reservation as a 'ferry', but when going out for activities, I rode an illegal boat. (I'll attach a photo. Please compare.) No matter how much I took into account the local situation, the life jacket buckle was so small that it wouldn't fit, and everyone on the boat had their arms lined up in front of them. It shakes so much that I have to hold on to the bar. I might forget it when I get back from the trip, but I'm so angry.
A first-class island hopping experience. Next time I will go there, I will have to negotiate the price of the bus.
The ticket says the speedboat will dock at Bangrak Pier but turned out in Pralarn. But before that incorrect pier happened, I have a really bad experience. I'm trying to check in early as the front desk near the pier told me that I can. When I go to check in station, the staff told me that there is no 4:30pm schedule. I talked to the Klook's CS and they assured me that I will board one. I don't have the choice to wait coz cannot cancel. I booked 4 services to Lomprayah which costs me 110 USD. I tot its cheaper but there are other companies that offer the same route/transfers from/to Bangkok-Koh Tao-Koh Phangan-Koh Samui-vv. which only cost half! No other choice but #NeverAgainLomprayah

The pick-up and drop-off went smoothly (only the driver looked a little world-weary), there were a lot of people after arriving at the pier, the indicators were not very clear, but the sea is really beautiful
Choose hotel sending... Koh Samui is not easy to move. It went well and conveniently.
