HOUSE RULES

General Rules:

  • Check-in: Between 15:00 to 23:00; Check-out: By 12:00 to avoid a PHP7500 fine
  • No early check-in or late check-out permitted
  • No smoking inside premises. Pets and inflatable pools are prohibited
  • Maintain cleanliness; caretakers are not househelps
  • Properly segregate trash in the kitchen
  • Do not rearrange furniture

Headcount

  • Maximum occupancy: 20 persons; includes maids and drivers
  • Children under 2 exempt if sharing a bed with parent/guardian

Visitors

  • Visitors not allowed inside premises

Security Deposit

  • Security deposit: PHP5000; refundable upon inspection
  • Claims for damages deducted from deposit; uprooting plants incurs fines
  • Guests encouraged to return misplaced items; full repayment for damages exceeding deposit

Events, Parties, etc.

  • Inquire about event packages; use gazebo and garden for events
  • Set up events allowed in gazebo and front garden only
  • No indoor events or setups; guests to arrange necessary equipment
  • Caretakers not obligated for event assistance; additional services upon request
  • Undisclosed events fined PHP10000; unauthorized preparations fined PHP20000
  • Pet entry fined PHP10000
