• One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you’ll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you cannot find the email,please check your spam or junk mail section.
• Please be sure to wait at the starting point 10 minutes before departure time. If you are late for boarding time, you cannot get a refund.
• If you wish to change your meeting point, please inform your tour guide or contact TOURSTORY for meeting point changes. Requests made within 2 days of departure may not be possible due to operational circumstances.
• Please contact our customer service team regarding bringing strollers or luggage, as it depends on the bus size for your tour day. We recommend contacting us after 10 AM KST, one day before your tour date.
• Oryukdo Skywalk and Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory may be closed due to inclement weather or safety conditions. In case of closure, Oryukdo Skywalk will be substituted with the National Maritime Museum or P.ARK, and the Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
• Sky Capsule Capacity: Each Sky Capsule accommodates up to 4 passengers and may be shared with other guests.
• The actual boarding time for the Sky Capsule may be adjusted depending on the conditions on the day.
• Itinerary is subjected to traffic & weather condition.
• If you need traveler's insurance, please prepare it individually. However, each transportation used during the travel schedule is covered by damage insurance.
• Vehicles are assigned according to the number of people on the day of the tour and are not personally available.
