An evening to remember! Gülşah was a fantastic guide, cook and host. Walking around the shops with Gülşah, we learned where best to buy local produce and all about Turkish customs and cuisine. She was more than happy to answer any question we had and conversation flowed seamlessly throughout the evening. We cooked a delicious multi-course meal together - we definitely wrote down a few recipes! We would highly recommend Gülşah to anyone who wants an authentic Turkish experience!
I had a great time learning the basics of Turkish cuisine. Thank you very much. The shopping before cooking was also good. I bought the spices that the teacher told me about and went back home. It seems like I can make it with ingredients I have in Japan, so I'll try making it as soon as I get back home.
