- All Sichuan scenic areas require real-name ticket booking. Therefore, after the order is confirmed, customer service will need you to provide the ID information (ID card, passport) of all travelers. Otherwise, you can only purchase tickets at the entrance of the scenic area on the day of travel. Please be aware and understand that during peak seasons, there may be long queues or visitor restrictions.
- The transfer service for this itinerary is provided by a Chinese-speaking driver. Our travel customer service can provide 24-hour online service in Chinese and English, and push graphic and text guide for tourism attractions. If you need to purchase a tour guide in other languages, please consult our customer service staff after placing your order.
- This itinerary requires walking. Please wear shoes and socks suitable for walking. The temperature in the scenic area is 4-8 degrees lower than in Chengdu city. Please remember to bring clothing. Ya'an is known as the "Rainy City" of Sichuan, so please check the weather forecast in advance and bring rain gear.
- Free pick-up and drop-off are available within the 3rd Ring Road of Chengdu, the High-tech Zone South Area, and Shuangliu Airport. If you are outside this range, paid pick-up and drop-off services are available. Please consult customer service for specific details. Thank you for your understanding.
- This package includes vehicle use and driver service fees for no more than 10 hours of pick-up/drop-off and full-day tour, and a mileage of no more than 350 kilometers. We will not charge extra for delays or detours caused by traffic jams or other force majeure factors.
- No additional fees will be charged for delays of less than half an hour due to tourist reasons. If the delay is more than half an hour, a certain fee will be charged according to the increased mileage (or duration). Thank you for your understanding.
- The scenic area is adjacent to Bifengxia Wildlife Zoo. If you want to visit, you can purchase tickets to enter on your own. The driver can wait without exceeding the full-day car usage time, so please pay attention to controlling the visiting time.
- The organizer will send the "Tour Notice" to tourists through WeChat, email or other methods recognized by both parties before 20:00 on the night before the trip. If the payment time is after 18:00 on the day before departure, the "Tour Notice" will be sent before 23:00 on the day of payment. If you do not receive it, please contact our staff in time. The determined departure time of the event is subject to the "Tour Notice" or the notice from the travel butler in the WeChat group for the tour.
- This package is a private tour and can be booked for 2 people or more. If you have fewer than 2 people, you can contact customer service after placing the order to charter a car after paying the difference in car rental fees based on the actual number of people.
