The food and service quality of Prince Hotel are very good! 👍 However, the "sticker" exchange and entry/exit arrangements for the fireworks display need to be improved.

Food was good and quickly served though portion was a little small. ok for ladies but probably not enough for the gents. Hence average value. overall setting is comfortable but we got placed in a corner table. Overall, Nice Cantonese restaurant with good established local reputation.

Bought this set for a family member's birthday. The food tasted great and everyone praised it while eating! The service is super good and the environment is comfortable. Thank you to all the waiters for saying so many blessings to my family. It was really heartwarming!

The restaurant has a nice ambiance, excellent food quality, and outstanding service. However, there's a $100 cake-cutting fee for bringing your own birthday cake. In addition to the dinner package, we had to pay an extra $350 for service charges and tea, etc.

Service: The lady who greets customers at the door really needs proper training. Her phone etiquette is poor, and she doesn't acknowledge customers upon arrival. This unfriendly attitude immediately ruins the restaurant's first impression. Luckily, there are some very good waiters.

It's just average. You have to queue for an hour to exchange the ticket. I don't understand!
