Facilities: The boat is new, with ample seating space inside and out. Safety: Plenty of life jackets are available. Location: The meeting point is clear, but parking spaces may be limited when crowded. Experience: We were lucky enough to see dolphins jumping on the surface this time! Hopefully, we'll have a chance to see whales next time!

What an amazing trip! We were incredibly lucky to see dolphins and pilot whales. Throughout the experience, the staff were friendly and approachable, answering all our questions.

Brought my kids to experience whale+dolphin watching. Glad the trip happened at 2pm. Was afraid that it would be cancelled due to lack of participants:) Glad we opt for transfers from Hualien train station. The sea was calm. We saw 3 different kinds of dolphins during the trip.

Great experience! The staff provided incredibly detailed and enthusiastic explanations throughout the trip. The boat wasn't as rocky as I expected, and the ocean scenery was beautiful. We saw many dolphins today 🐬, making the trip well worth it!

We spent 2 hours on the boat and we saw dolphins! Before, we had a briefing about the different species (but as it was in chinese, we didn't understand, same for the instructions on the boat). The team tried to find the whales, but as many on the previous reviews, we didn't succeed. It's ok, we were happy to see dolphins! Also, the car was on time for pick up, everything was fluid.

It's easy to use. Just check in at Sunflower Plaza 30 minutes before departure after purchasing. The boat is comfortable with air conditioning, but I'm prone to seasickness, so I felt a little uncomfortable. However, I was very excited to see so many dolphins; they are really different from those in the aquarium! (It's a shame I didn't see any whales, but they're not easy to spot.)

Highly recommend this great business! We saw so many dolphins on our trip. Since we had seniors with us, the staff also helped us take lots of beautiful photos.

I made a reservation around 11 PM, and the ferry company contacted me right away to discuss the details. I joined the 1:30 PM departure. The weather was pleasantly cool, and I was lucky enough to see three different kinds of [animals/things]. The onboard commentary was also very informative and engaging 👍

The weather was perfect today, and we were so lucky to spot whales! It was an amazing experience!!!
