lovely experience to end the trip to Malaysia. we did the 90 minutes of royal Thai full massage and it was greatm therapist (mina and Phrona) are professional and well trained. ambiance is quiet and our room are so spacious. Highly recommend if you are in Johor Bahru. we pick the branch at the trove hotel since our accommodation is near in this branch. but they also has a branch nation wide of Malaysia. terimah Kasing 🙏😊

price is cheaper on Klook even before using vouchers! interior design is nice! body massage area is separated by curtains instead of individual rooms though. includes feet washing before massage & ginger tea after massage. +12rm for addition of oil. Good aromatherapy massage at Trove hotel 2nd floor. Had hot stones too. We waited for about 15 mins for our appointment. Ginger tea at end. There's free shuttle but we didn't use. Escalator was broken when we went

I booked the 90min Aromatherapy Massage here & honestly, it was soooo worth it! The place felt super cozy the moment I walked in & the whole atmosphere instantly put me in relax mode. The therapist was amazing, her pressure was just right (not too soft, not too hard) & I could literally feel the tension melting away. Everything from the scent, the music, to the massage itself was just perfect. Left feeling light, refreshed, & so pampered.

I’ve been looking forward to this massage — and it did not disappoint! I feel so refreshed now. Big thanks to the lovely masseuse hehe. The front desk staff were super friendly, and booking an appointment was really easy. Definitely planning to come back again!

Had to wait a while for the therapist and for them to find the Klook booking but overall it went well! Service is on point and I had a relaxing time. There is also free transport to/from the checkpoint if there is 3 or more pax in the group.

Booking via klook is easy. Fast response via watsapp although they not familiar w the klook voucher tnc, but was cleared up after they checked w their mgmt. Place is conveniently located in Taman Sentosa area. If you have 3 pax, you can even request for transport. Facilities are clean n nice. Liked that they laid a hot towel below the neck towards the end of the massage which is very comfortable. The 3 massage therapists are all also good. If you do the massages during from mon to thu, walk in prices are actually cheaper than klook vouchers.

The massage experience was so relaxing and worth the trip from Singapore! The booking process could be simpler but it all worked out in the end. I did not get to speak with anyone on the WhatsApp number provided and so was not able to schedule an appointment. Next time, please be aware that people booking on Klook may not have access to make local phone calls and can only perform online bookings for the massage time slot. Thankfully, the location was able to squeeze me in without an appointment.
