The supplier can provide 1 free of charge.  ※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 people’s worth of space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. •Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance of oversized luggage or strollers, as they will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. •If you exceed the passenger or luggage capacity and are unable to board, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler.

Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range •All vehicle types may be adjusted to similar-grade vehicles depending on the dispatch on the day. Specific models cannot be selected. •If a 7-seater vehicle is carrying 6 larger adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater vehicle to ensure comfort. •Vehicles are limited to driving within a 300 km radius of the departure hotel. A surcharge will apply for cross-regional travel (e.g., Mt. Fuji + Hakone). •Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If outside the area, a dead mileage fee will be charged (JPY 5,000–20,000). •Haneda Airport/Disneyland area are not within Tokyo city limits, and a one-way surcharge will apply for transfers (JPY 5,000–10,000).

Charter Time and Overtime Charges •Standard service time: 10 hours  ※ If the pick-up/drop-off location is in a different area (e.g., Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, allow empty car time according to the actual arrangement. •Service time range: 07:00–22:00

Overtime Fee Standards: •Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour of overtime (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour) •Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour of overtime (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour) ※ Overtime charges include overtime caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Other Reminders •The driver does not speak English but can communicate with passengers using translation software. Please confirm that you accept this condition before booking.  ※ If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please contact customer service in advance and pay a JPY 5,000 designation fee. •The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before the service). Please be ready at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. •If the itinerary includes “Mt. Fuji 5th Station,” an ascent fee (approximately JPY 2,100–3,700) will be collected on-site and can be paid by the driver on your behalf. •Notes on using LINE for contact Since LINE IDs in some regions cannot be added to each other, it is recommended to use WhatsApp, WeChat, or email for contact.
