SPARKLE by KAREN CHAN “Hong Kong Nostalgia” Afternoon Tea (1 July - 4 October 2026)
Ebb & Flow invites guests on a nostalgic culinary journey with the new Afternoon Tea set, partnership with SPARKLE by Karen Chan. Directly inspired by the local designer brand's vibrant textiles and Hong Kong's rich cultural heritage, the menu pays homage to traditional local favorites and classic Chinese delicacies, elevated with modern culinary flair.
The savory selection reimagines beloved local culinary touchstones with premium ingredients, featuring Peking Duck Sandwich Wrap, Hong Kong Style Fried Shrimp Balls, traditional flaky Barbecue Pork Puffs and an indulgent Baked Abalone Mini Tart.
For the sweet finale, the pastry team has crafted a menu that mirrors the artistic aesthetic of Sparkle's designs while celebrating the city's unique flavor identity. Highlights include a rich Milk Tea Cream Tart, a visually stunning Inspiration Raspberry Chocolate Cake, Mango Pomelo Sago Pudding and a unique Salted Egg Yolk Scone, offering a savory-sweet local twist on the classic afternoon tea.
Once again, to support the community, the hotel will donate 10% of all proceeds from the Afternoon Tea Set directly to the Sparkle Charity Foundation.

Hong Kong-style afternoon tea is quite unique, and the taste is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and you can get your tea refilled for free. The female staff members are also quite good at taking photos.
the afternoon tea set itself was beautifully presented and top quality. scones were delicious and there was a good balance between sweet and savoury. the staff were polite and a very kind gentlemen even carried my friend’s shopping bags for her. nice decor in the ground floor cafe. recommend.
Since I was traveling alone, an afternoon tea with a Hong Kong theme for one person was perfect for me. It came with TWG tea, and I was able to get hot water refills.
Purchasing afternoon tea at The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, through Klook is convenient and quick. The hotel's afternoon tea service is excellent, and the food quality is high, making it highly recommended.
Upon arriving at the store and showing the voucher screen, the person in charge immediately understood and guided me. Perhaps due to the time, everyone around me seemed to be ordering the same menu. The food tasted great, and it was delicious with elaborate dishes. I received a souvenir containing perfume samples on the way home, and I was very satisfied.
This time we patronized a two-course lunch: root vegetable soup, sirloin steak, and hot chocolate. The food quality was OK and the seats were comfortable.
Food is okay, service is acceptable, good value for the price.
