Amazing tour! The weather wasn't cooperating that much when we had the tour but our tour guide made sure that we get to see most places. He was so knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting stories about each places that we visited. Definitely recommended!

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we learnt a lot about Cape Town through a local’s eyes during the trip. The guided tour to the Cape, Boulders Beach and seeing how the locals live was great. However, the tour was NOT as advertised - we did not visit Bo Kaap or Table Mountain as was advertised and the tour guide indicated we would need to do this in our own time. These were two main reasons we had booked the tour so this was disappointing. The tour ended several hours earlier than expected. Also, we had been told we would get a larger luxury vehicle the day prior, however the car we received was a small sedan which while adequate was a squeeze for 4 adults. All of these factors combined mean we didn’t feel we quite got our money’s worth. Overall, great guide and a convenient way to see several highlights of Cape Town, but the tour was not as advertised or what we paid for.

We were stood up. The supplier got the date wrong and didn't pick us up, nor did they answer the phone. We waited for an hour (we immediately reported this to Klook, and after waiting in a queue for over 20 minutes, someone finally assisted us). Eventually, it was confirmed that we were stood up, the entire trip was canceled, and we had to find alternative arrangements at the last minute, which caused a great deal of trouble. Klook offered no compensation, only a refund. I would not recommend them at all.
