Good deal! If you are a Chinese traditional opera lover, this is the show you should not miss!!! Great ambience, free massage, tea and snacks. Great performance with different types of shows ... it will be great if you know a bit of the Chinese history, it helps you to understand the shows better! The faces changing is awesome and definitely worth two thumb up!

Nice Chinese Opera. You should cross the road after you exit E from Tong Hui Men Subway exit. Exchange the ticket in a shop and then walk over to the park opposite for the show.
The ticket collection is at the Chinaliyuan counter on Qintai Road. There is a self-service ticket collection machine. You can print the ticket. The seats are already drawn. The show is already started at 8 o'clock. 300 yuan but the location is much better than buying a ticket. The most exciting thing is that there are five or six people who are changing their faces at the same time. It is worth recommending!
Collection of tickets was a breeze. The performance was unforgettable, engaging and entertaining. My mom and two children enjoyed the 1.5hr performance tremendously. We sat at the front round. Refreshments were simple (freeflow of hot tea and a plate of sunflower seeds). The biggest letdown was the VIP add-ons (Pick a choice of ear-picking/massage/puppetry). The ear-picking session was short and quick. My children who are 11 & 12 (who could speak fluent mandarin) attended the puppetry session after the opera show. The male person-in-charge responded to my children unenthusiastically. He handed the puppets to them gave two short verbal instructions, turned his back and stood at a corner. As my children were unsure what to do with the puppets, they just fiddle with it quickly and left.

Excellent experience. Easy to redeem tickets and show area is just in the garden opposite the ticket redeeming location. Fantastic show including multiple ancient traditional Chinese arts over 90 minutes. Definitely worth it and a must-go experience in Chengdu.
When you go to Chengdu, you must look at your face ~~ Feel the traditional culture of Xishu ~ Drink a cup of tea and eat Chengdu snacks ~ It ’s like going back to more than a thousand years ago ~
Great cultural and artistic experience. I was lucky to go to the ticket exchange early and sit on the VIP seats in the first row. Every performance was brilliant without a cold show.
We got a good spot to sit and watch the amazing performance. Was given free flow tea and some snacks to enjoy during the performance.
