Location is perfect as it is just literally across Kyoto Station. No complimentary coffee, pajama or sunscreen unlike with our previous hotel in Osaka. They replace the towels, toothbrush daily. For location wise, this is perfect.

Very convenient location to Kyoto Station. Stuff was friendly and rooms were nice and big. Very nice neighborhood and close to a lot of malls.

A super convenient hotel, just opposite to the Kyoto Station, next to the Kyoto Tower. Easy to travel around Kyoto city, and you can always find the way back if you look for the Kyoto Tower. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood and you can have meals even in late night. The staff is helpful and friendly. Everything’s good and value for money.

The location is good. It's opposite the JR station (main entrance near Isetan), beside Kyoto Tower. The room is quite small for 2 people and 2 big luggages. The bathroom is alright.

for its price, bed & room is small but the location was great as it was just in front of kyoto station. water heater was good and also drinkable

I liked location - right in front of Kyoto Station. Room size was bigger than expected. Shower had a very good pressure and flow, but lacking cald water. Water was either hot, or warm. I like cold showers, but that’s individual preference. I would have given 5 stars, if it wasn’t for staff’s privacy violation. I had Do Not Disturb sign properly attached to the outside of the room door, left my room for 2hrs. When I came back, aircon was turned off and somebody added water to inroom humidifier. It was hot and very humid in my room. It took half a day for temps and humidity to normalize again.
