Fantastic[SKYTREE View] Comfort Twin Room, Non Smoking, for 2 people · 2 Adult(s), 2 child(ren) · 6 Nights
Great stay! Spacious, clean room with a beautiful Skytree view. Complete amenities, including skincare products and pajamas, plus friendly and accommodating staff. breakfast is good but selection is almost the same especially if you are staying for more than 3 days. Excellent location beside Oshiage Station, with a large grocery store nearby and Tokyo Solamachi and Skytree just across the street. Kura Sushi is conveniently located downstairs. The only downside is the lack of a nearby Donki and konbini. Overall, highly recommended!

Great[CITY View] Standard Double, Non Smoking (can't see SKYTREE) · 2 Adults · 4 Nights
The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a shopping mall, providing easy access to transportation and amenities. However, the staff’s attitude was unsatisfactory. Inconsistent communication among staff resulted in an overcharge at check-out. Furthermore, Nakajima provided inaccurate information and wasn’t willing to cooperate which negatively impacted our departure from Japan.

I had a great stay at Keisei Richmond Hotel. The location is very convenient, especially near the station, making it easy to get around. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall experience was hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here… very accessible to all our needs esp. transportation… station is just beneath the hotel… and a very astounding breathtaking view of the skytree…we just love it and looking forward to future bookings in this hotel.

Location was great and 1 train ride from Narita Airport. Subway lines are also accessible to make it easy to go around the City. Rooms were spacious enough for our luggages.
