when we checked in the staff member asked us three times for our reference number that matched the reference number in their registration system. we produced all of the documentation we had from our KLOOK booking. He was not happy. He went away and came back 3 times. We were concerned that we would be turned away even though my name was on the reservation and he had my passport. Is this a hotel issue or a KLOOK issue? He finally gave us our key. This was not a good introduction to the hotel or to KLOOK. Other than this the hotel and the customer service was great!
