Staff is very helpful and will give travel recommendations. They also provide paid shuttle services to main attractions, which staff will help you to make arrangement with the driver. Nice view from the room and very spacious, toilet is slightly narrower probably due to the bathtub, but it is still ok. Location is good, alot of food options nearby and is near to HAN market.

good rooms and bathroom neat and clean ,location close to dragon bridge and restaurant and shops at walking distance, can have a nice walk or run along the river,good view from the tiny balcony, staff professional breakfast limited for indians.

The hotel is great; the family suite is spacious and very clean. It's fully equipped with everything you need, it has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. They even provide free snacks! The breakfast buffet is also delicious, and there's a good variety of food. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The location is convenient as it's near convenience stores and coffee shops. Because the room is so clean and wide, we could truly relax after our tours and get a good night's sleep in total comfort. As a bonus, we woke up every morning to a stunning view of the river and Dragon Bridge.

Clean. Friendly Staff. Food at buffet is superb also. Memorable for my daughter because they give her a surprise birthday cake. she loved it! People of Vietnam is surprisingly jolly and kind. Very accommodating too. They will assist you from transport to luggages.. its indeed a good place to stay.
