We were upgraded to the 4th floor with amazing pool and beach view. the view was priceless. all interns and staff who attended to us are super nice and accomodating. they even brought us to the next hotel we are staying. kodus to all staff and the hospitality is top notch.

well I can say that it has indeed Pros and Cons: Pros - quiet and peace, the beach can be all yours Cons - too far from the road the room is quite small, but beach front is there selling proposition. there's no tissue in our bathroom area, but that's a little of a concern.

The hotel is really nice! It’s comfy and super quiet — perfect if you want to relax away from the crowded Station 2 area. The employees are very nice and even interacted with my baby, which I really appreciated. They also allowed us to check in early since we arrived ahead of time; you just need to ask if early check-in is possible. When we checked out around 4 AM, the guard assisted us and checked the room—he was very polite and helpful. Everything went smoothly, no hassle at all. Cons: If you need to ride an e-trike, you’ll have to walk a bit to get one. It can be challenging if you have a lot of things or if you’re with a baby but that’s really the only downside. We didn’t get the chance to try the pool, but we’ll definitely come back and book a room on the upper floor next time for more space and a better view. The place feels super safe and everyone is nice and friendly. You can even have breakfast at the eatery next door if you’re in a hurry or checking in early.

Staff are friendly and reachable, ready to assist esp in the short 200m walk going to and from the hotel to Angol Rd (drop-off area of etrike). Keep in mind that it is in Station 3, which is a bidget-friendly location, so expect that the amenities are also budget-friendly feels. Over-all, not bad! Could use some improvements in the area for a more relaxed stay.

we would like to thank sir eugene (manager), ms.margarette & the 3 guy staffs for allowing us to check-out late... from cagban jetty port, we rented habal-habal going here as location is really at white beach where e-trikes can't reach, but if you are looking for a peaceful, literally few steps away from the seashore and room facing station 3 boracay white beach, la banca is a good choice, their infinity pool at 3rdfloor might not be that clean during the time we tried to swim but for a picturesque view it can be compared to other high-end hotels with roofdeck infinity pool too.
