Fantastic

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Room was really clean and staffs were so kind and helpful. Location-wise, it was very comfortable to use the Metro line which is directly linked to the Narita Airport. I will definitely use this hotel when I visit Tokyo next time! Thank you all for your help:)

I mistakenly booked a smoking room and the staff accommodated my request to be transferred to a non-smoking room. I was willing to pay extra but they gave it to me free of charge! The amenities were sufficient and the room was more spacious than I expected (considering it's Tokyo). Very near Gotanda station, too, so it's really convenient. Took me one trip with no transfers to/from Narita T3.
