Not only Japanese nor English cannot go. Staff uses mobiltelephone ranslation application, which did not work so well.

Overall quite a comfortable stay. Pillows were too flat for liking. And perhaps due to the high volume of guests over the festive period, they didn't have extra pillows at request, and ran out of sugar sachets at breakfast. Shower was nice and warm, pressure was great.
