So lovely! I really enjoyed my stay. The reception staff is caring and friendly. The storage lockers were a lifesaver before and after check-in/out. My room was cozy and had lovely views. Earplugs are provided should you want them, but I enjoyed listening to the nearby trains. The location is great, as the hotel is near public transportation and also within walking distance to nearby restaurants.

Very nice hotel during our stay in osaka. Very close to the train station and family mart right across the hotel. The room was not too big but clean. There is a coin laundry facility in the hotel so we didn't have to bring a lot of dirty laundry with us anyway. We didn't have to queue to check out as we could just use the check out machine available in the lobby. Also, the distance from the hotel to the Tsutenkaku Tower area is still ok to walk. I will definitely stay at Chisun Standard Shin Imamiya hotel again when I return to Osaka.

I love this hotel, affordable and very convenient. Near the Airport & subway station. Breakfast is good but REPETITIVE MENU everyday (4 days we stayed). At the evening you can use their canteen if you want to eat and bring outside food and reheat at the microwave. Free coffee also. At your last day, you can leave your luggage at the reception. We will come back and stay here, hoping the breakfast will be improve.

The hotel was great, the room was clean but I believe there might be some bed bugs as we felt very itchy each day, they do not change the sheets even if you request cleaning service which I thought is normal, but the place is good since its near the station and stores

They are reaaly generous with the towels. everyday they leave towels by the door.
Location is accross Nankai Train (Airport and Namba) and few blocks from JR/Osaka Loop (for USJ) and Subway (Midosuji going to Namba, Shinsaibashi, Shin-Osaka and Umeda).
If your are not sensitive to noise, this is a good location. Since it is near Nankai, you'll here the train going in and out of the station.
