Perfect place to stay for a night if you plan on exploring Poblacion. It is near trending bars (QU, Atmosfera, Xin Chao, etc), cafes (Alo Cafe, Annex House, etc) and restaurants (Hanoi Pho, Onlypans, etc.). The place is clean and the staff were nice! Value for money.

I had a very pleasant stay at San Agustin Residence. The property is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The rooms are spacious and equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. One of the features is the friendly and accommodating staff, who were always ready to assist with any requests and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The residence offers a peaceful atmosphere, good security, and reliable facilities, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. Overall, I had a positive experience and would gladly recommend San Agustin Residence to anyone looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation.
