Stayed with kids

I enjoyed my stay. The service, location, and overall facilities were very good. The only issue was that the carpet in my room had a slight odor. It might help to find a way to remove any lingering smells or improve the room’s ventilation.

This was a very nice and clean hotel it is close to a lot of shopping areas and easy access to transportation. I room laundry available, so convenient. Rooms are very small ,the worst part of this stay is the very hard beds.

Very small rooms even for Japan standards I booked the room for 4 adults and got two full beds. This was the smallest hotel room out of 4 hotels we stayed at while in Japan. They also charge to extend checkout which is 10am it’s 2000 yen per 30 minutes.

Stayed with family

Conveniently located one block away from Kamata train station and some stores such 7/11, Don Quijote and UniqLo. Staff delivered an exceptional treatment. Surrounding area is known for having a working-class atmosphere packed with bars, alley restaurants, arcades and sometimes this means noise, however we enjoyed a noise-free stay, despite the gritty surroundings.

The hotel is close to the train station of the direction is right it takes only 7 minutes to walk (needs to walk through a small street to find the hotel) The staff was polite and helpful. A rather small hotel but neat and clean. Shopping plaza close by and lots of restaurants nearby the train station. Price was reasonable. Rooms are small but comfortable.
