Rooms dirty, leaking ac unit, pool completely green and full of trash in the middle of July, offered a different room. Both rooms had crumbs on floor, dirty chairs with stains and crumbs, leaking ac unit causing a large puddle in the floor, broken lamp with wires exposed, window blinds covered in brown stains. Beds had stains. Rooms smelt musty and had a hit of weed smell. Was offered a third room but after seeing two that were the exact same I decided to go to a different hotel.

Location is in a ghetto area. The staff was short and abrasive towards me. One employee gave me a form and when I asked if it was the form I already signed online, the employee gave me an attitude. There was a big dead roach by the front desk and when I brought it to the staff’s attention they just looked at it and said ok. The outlets in my room were faulty. When I first walked in the floor was sticky. The elevator was broken so I had to take the stairs and the stairwell had trash all over the place. The pickup and drop off location was constantly blocked by parked cars so my Ubers had to pick me up elsewhere. The wall of my room had a hole in it. The phone was missing pieces. The shower floor looked dirty. The carpet in the hallways looked like bleach was spilled on it at each room entryway.

The bed smelled like urine. Instead of getting us a new room the front desk just sprayed the bed with a deodorizer and gave us extra blankets. I spent the night sleeping on the floor. I was told the GM would call and talk to me but I have not received a phone call. I will be calling the corporate offices to make sure thet are aware that a property is failing to meet expectations and making guest stay in rooms that are unsafe health wise.

checked in-room was being painted, got new room that reaked of cigerattes, requested another room that was dirty and stove was not working. Pool was disgusting! We got in and then we immediately got out to take a shower. Breakfast was not available due to water leak. It was literally raining in the lobby-I felt so bad for the employees. There were also a lot of homeless people in the lobby all of the time. The back door entrance could be opened without a key card. I felt very unsafe. People were running up and down the halls until at least 1am. This was not a pleasant stay at all.

Horrible experience. We booked 10 days premium room. The first night we smelled a very bad odor all night long making me nauseated. There was damage to the ceiling in a corner and actual layers peeling off and gaps open. We told staff immediately the next morning we could not stay in that room and needed to be changed. We were told no rooms were available at that time. Every day we saw at least 8 rooms being cleaned on our floor alone. The hotel manager came in the room with no notice to inspect the damage. My husband could not communicate with him because he was not speaking English clearly. I repeatedly told staff there were issues and our health was at risk. Someone came and patched the corner saying they would paint over it after we left. Only after a torrential rain days later and extensive leaking of the area were we able to get another room. The young woman that was at the front desk went out of her way to help us. We finally were able to sleep the last two nights. Thank you Zusana! Management did not offer to help with the cost at all and the entire stay was quickly charged to our account even though premium rooms became available online for much less than what we were charged. If you want to spend almost $150.00 a night for poorly maintained lodging, this is the place for you.

Our truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot. When we told the staff, the ONLY thing they said was, “We can’t access the security camera footage.” Not “I’m so sorry that happened to you.”, or “How can we help?” Zero empathy. I assume it’s common occurrence from her response. We had to leave a day early to deal with the situation and when I told the staff we were leaving early, she argued with me that it wasn’t an early checkout since we were leaving after 12pm that day. No matter how many times I tried to explain that I wasn’t expecting a refund, I was simply letting them know we were leaving a day early to deal with the stolen truck. She continued to argue with me that I wasn’t checking out early. I finally just left and did the checkout online since she wouldn’t let me checkout.
