When we arrived they gave us 2 twins bed. I requested a queen bed or king bed. The manager told me first that they were 100% booked, then he said I have a king bed with a river view room ( I never saw the river from the hotel!!) for 200 EUROS. As you can imagine i won’t give out 200 euros for free. His exact words. If you’re 100% booked how is it that you have a room for 200 euros a night. On top of that the phone didn’t work in the room we couldn’t call the front desk room service nothing. Very disappointed from that hotel

Super close to the airport - no shuttle but easy to get Ubers or Bolt to both Lisbon and the airport. Clean and quiet in a safe location. Hard checkin time at 3pm but can check bags while you wait.

Our rooms were not ready at check in we were told to wait they would be done shortly. After an hour of waiting in the lobby I went to check on what was happening and they had the room ready but did not let us know. I asked during booking, upon luggage drop off, and while checking in for a double bed room and they still gave us a king suite. The shower was not fully cleaned. Lastly, the booking included airport transportation (part of the reason to book) and when requested they could call me a taxi but it would be easier for me to call an uber so they won’t have to take my payment information. Would not stay again.

First thing is when we check in. Melissa was the best, from explaining everything, her hospitality and professional is a A+. We loved everything about this Eurostars, location was perfect. Near alot of restaurants and the mall. Thank you Eurostars in Lisboa.
