Everything at the property is great, I especially like the location. We were very easily able to walk over the pedestrian bridge to Nashville and to get walk to Nissan Stadium to get to the concert. Breakfast has a lot of variety and quantity of things - but it is not the best food; very institutional. It worked though! My only complaint was a situation that happened at check-in. Check in was fine and the front desk staff was good but the day we checked in the woman handed us a card with the name Brenda on it and directed us to the Travel Concierge to get a welcome kit. After a little bit of small talk, to which I expected we'd get some help with site seeing I instead got pitch to attend a "two- hour show case" the classic timeshare trap! I declined the invitation and subsequently got no help with my site seeing plans. This was sneaky! Beware

The breakfast was a plus

Not a bid deal but there was a concert in town. 650+ per night which is really simply an over kill. But we did it anyway. We aŕrive yo check in and we also need to pay for parking?? Scam im sorry you can't charge 650+ per night and than ask for payment to park. I will never use this company again. People VOTE WITH YOU MONEY

The beds are very uncomfortable. Was barely able to sleep with how uncomfortable we were. The hotel is beautiful on the inside and every staff member was helpful.

The hotel was clean, the room was spotless, the food was very good , and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

This hotel requires a $100 security deposit that can take up to 14 days to get back. Not acceptable. Also, this hotel uses a third party to operate its parking lot. You need an app to pay $30 for parking. Within 24 hrs after check out, the third party notified me that they were hacked and my account may be affected. Not happy after several years of staying at this hotel.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, water pressure in shower could have been better. The staff at the front desk didn’t give any information until I asked….(how to connect to the WiFi, how to get to my room, make sure that you have your room key with you when you take the elevator …. Or the elevator won’t work…. Even after you check out… keep your room key to get to the parking garage, etc) They did not ask how our stay was when checking out…. Or say thank you. They gave us a card when we arrived and told us to take it to the other desk to pick up our “welcome package”. There was NO welcome package…. Instead it was a salesman trying to get us to sign up for a travel club. Complete waste of our time. We did not appreciate being lied to. Other than that…. Clean hotel and rooms…. And the bartender was very nice.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and the housekeeping wonderful. Breakfast was tasty as well. Don't book the stadium view for the new stadium is under construction and the view is obstructed
