Nice location, smaller but clean rooms. The staff was friendly. All amenities available. I used the washing machine, which was a of a great help.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely love it! While the location is a bit further from Dotonbori, which is the center of my itinerary, it’s actually not a big deal since the hotel is close to the train station that connects Umeda, Shinsaibashi, and Namba. What I really love most about this place is how modern, clean, and spacious it is—way more so than other hotels in the same category in Japan. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Gd value given the room size is spacious enough for luggage to spread open. I like that the location is in a quiet yet plenty of restaurants to choose too.

i am satisfied with this hotel. i just wish they can provide luggage transfer to airport service and have every day room cleaning. overall, what we paid was worth it. the room is also bigger compared to other hotels in japan.
