There’s a gentleman at the front desk, I’m not sure of his name, but he seems to be a supervisor. He is an example that all employees should follow on how to address problems and deal with customers in an open, honest, and kind way. I want to recognize him for his outstanding service. Perfectly handled a mishap during my first visit, welcomed me back kindly when I came back on my 2nd visit and made me feel at home. And always was willing to help during my stay. He does his job perfectly and naturally. I will also say that all of your staff have been great and helpful. It definitely helped me make my decision to extend my stay here another week plus!

sorry about the poor review for the last night, but that is due to the power outage. the staff here is great and I very much appreciated their help and candor. so overall it was a great stay just a bad ending. forgive me for that. you guys are great and it’s a great hotel
