This hotel is the hidden gem in Sapa. Everything there was just perfect, starting from the room whoch was big enough, well-equipped, very clean and comfort, Not to mention, the wonderful balecony view. The breakfast was big enough woth good variety and tasty options, also again the nice view to the hill. Moreover, the hotel got two locations, first floor that take you directly to Moana famous cafe, and 15th floor that take you the the Sapa center within 5 minutes walk. There is also a Halal indian restaurant nearby. The facilities of the hotel were also very nice such as swimming pool, the cafe, billiard, and kids club. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Sapa.

Worth the money. Place is convenient and very nice.... Clean and Tidy... Staff very accommodating and friendly.. Will recommend the place....The only downside is when we had our fine dinning peacefully then suddenly a group of big family came in and talking, laughing very loudly with each other and disturbing other diners...The staff should separate the space for small groups dinning with due respect for those who wanted to eat intimately...But over all the room and staff were good...

I would like to thank Miss Ling for making our stay at KK Sapa Hotel so special. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. She helped us rent a motorcycle, recommended the best places to go, and because of her, we had an unforgettable experience in Sapa. She’s the best! Miss Ling even prepared a cake and a surprise for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary. We were so happy and touched. She’s truly the sweetest. It’s such a shame we didn’t get to say goodbye, but we hope to see you again soon, Miss Ling. Thank you for everything!

Everything was wonderful; the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was varied. All the staff were helpful, especially Ms. Thaw from reception, who was incredibly kind and hospitable. She took great care of my family and upgraded my room. This is my second visit to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious food, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore Sapa. Booking through Klook was smooth and offered great value for money.
