perfect hotel. you can open up 3 luggages at the same time! room is clean. staff are friendly. food right beside the hotel. a21 just steps away. mtr station just 2 blocks away. the street is not noisy and very silent. our stay is super perfect. will recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed here for 6 nights, and it was a perfect choice for a budget-conscious traveler - transport access:- easy access to MTR, buses, and taxis - many dining options right outside the door. · no hotel security deposit transport access: · daily replenishment of toiletries and disposable towels kept things fresh. · Great Value: For the price and location. Cons: · Disposable towels are not for everyone, but they are changed daily. Overall: An efficient, clean, and brilliantly located hotel ideal for sightseers.

Room is actually spacious compare to other hotel in HK. Location is perfect in exit D but if you are familiar with the area it is much nearer to exit C3. Water pressure is good and Aircon. it has 500hkd security deposit so make sure you have extra. Only downside is internet low to no internet. We bought simcard to 711 for 33hkd

location is walking distance from the mongkok MTR station but the rooms we got were generally smaller than we expected with tiny bathroom. internet is also not always stable. staff don't really speak english so communication might be slightly difficult.

Check in and check out were hassle-free, but do expect a deposit fee that will be collected upon check in. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were, as we were expecting smaller rooms. The hotel is also close to everything, which is very convenient. Definitely a recommended stay.

superb!!! couldn't ask for a better hotel than this. receptionist is very accommodating and kind. first time in hongkong and the hotel exceeds my expectation to their hotels since some says that hotels in hongkong are small. but H1 hotel is very spacious. we booked 2 triple rooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed). the bathroom is clean too. they change towels and offer cleaning everyday but you can put the do not disturb sign if you dont want to. you can even request flat iron if tou want. will definitely recommend this hotel. thank you

Room was smaller than we imagined but clean. Convenient location, near Mongkok MTR. Does not answer emails but check in is ok upon arrival. Would be good to give guest pointers what MTR entrance to take when carrying heavy luggage.

We two stayed for ten nights for 785 USD total, meaning each night 78.5 USD. Because we stayed during the Christmas holiday this was really a good deal given the hotel's good location. I think you could find much better hotel for this price during regular season. It is located just 3 min from the MTR station which was really convinient. You would need 500 HKD deposit. They do the soft cleaning every 2 nights, and bedsheet was renewed once during our stay. Overall, it was fine. Staffs understand very basic english, not extremely polite but just fine.
