I loved my stay at this hotel! The receptionists spoke fluent English and were accommodating with my requests and inquiries! They handled my luggages well when I asked for them to be stored after check out! The hotel room was very cozy and comfy! It was also very clean! Loved the complimentary teas, water, and coffee! They have a mini-fridge inside, a hairdryer, towels, house slippers, and natural shampoos/body gel! The sink had two cups for toothbrushing as well. They don't have a bidet but they provided lots of tissues. Plusss, they upgraded my bed to queen size after learning I'm checking in alone <3 Location-wise, only the rainbow village and other attractions are near to it, but if you have an HSR train ride the next day, its location is very convenient! <3 transport access: cleanliness: service: hotel location:

This hotel is fancy and very aesthetic for the price. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. The location is really nice, being close to THSR Taichung station & train stations. There's a McDonald's and 7eleven near beside the hotel, very convenient 🥰🥰🥰

Location of the hotel is approximately 1.1km away from the HSR - Taichung station. Not possible to walk from the station to the hotel. Need to take local taxi (esp with luggage). However, next to the hotel is the fast food resturant and convenience store.

It was a good hotel (and the only) near HSR station, although not in an easy walk as I was expecting. In the end we walked there but used public transport on all other days. We had a small issue but the staff was very helpful. There is a laundry available in the hotel, which was very helpful. There is a McDonalds and big 7/11 nearby. Overall okay option if you don't plan to be in the city.

The location was convenient for taking bus no. 33 from HRS Taichung for 3 stops dropped off in front of hotel. Cross the road can take the same bus back to HRS every 30 mins which can checked time schedule on Google. A few steps to McDonald's and 7-11. The gentleman at front desk was helpful for given information. The hotel room function was well displayed. The funniest was pillow felt like mixed with many short plastic tube.

the good thing is that the location is near to HSR but there is nothing much nearby the hotel to do except Macdonald and 7-11. staff at hotel does basic service only and doesn’t appear to be very helpful especially when I asked them for help.

accommodation was alright! spacious room , toilet was big and had Bidet too. love how big the room was for the price. just note that it isn’t very near to the train station (10min walk beside the road..) but there is a bus stop just right outside the hotel. and a mc Donald’s and 7-11 right next to the hotel which also makes it convenient to get breakfast.
