Hotel is a short walk from Nippori Station and is located between a Family Mart and 7eleven. I can’t speak Japanese but I had no problems checking in. Staff was very friendly. They had a variety of items you could rent for free to use such as a clothes steamer and even a hair straightener! We were able to ship out luggage at the front desk to Kyoto and the staff helped us fill out the paperwork. The breakfast buffet was great too!

We only stayed 2 nights but it was a great decision to stay, and would love to come back soon. Location-wise it was really great since it was easy connection to Narita Airport. Breakfast was something to look forward, with so much choices it did not disappoint. Even enjoyed our last day in Tokyo (nippori) visiting the asakura museum nearby and the big cementery as well. It was a nice since it wasn't that crowed with other tourists.
