Price would have been nice if it wasn't for the F1 formula racing in Singapore. We have to pay twice as much instead but wasn't the hotel's fault. Excellent location, the metro is literally undergroung and downstairs side by side from the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner within 1 to 2 blocks

I had a nice stay here. The staff was friendly and the location is so close to the station. The room is a good size for solo travelers but it could be a little cleaner.

transport access & hotel location: Perfect Location, right next to Bencoolen MRT. Although I would say the station itself isn't the most convenient (Many floors and escalators to enter and exit). cleanliness: The rooms are clean and nice, but I would say the toilet layout is not great, water may get all the way up to the entrance when showering. Facilties: The thermostat controls were not functioning well too when I was there in July 2026 and the lighting controls (the wiring behind them) seem to be very crossed over. Service: Good service, very accomodating and when I told them about the issue they seem to understand and take the feedback well. If you are here for a short stay and are moving around and about anyway, the place is great.
