The food was good, the facilities “so-so” the poolwater was a bit cloudy and was hot, understandable for summer, the staff was polite. Just to add, kindly review your no-stain-on-towel policy.

everything is perfect except to the front desk named MJ, she always saying NO and dedicated with her job. The room is nice & clean, child friendly & the pool is great. They also have free shuttle going to calle crisologo. 10/10 for the cleanliness, ambiance. 0/10 for the front desk named MJ.
