The front desk staff was amazing and we had a warm welcome. Service was amazing.Convenient location to explore Montmartre area. Nice food options around. Metro station very close.

Older style, basic room amenities, shower cabinet would be unsuitable for larger people. No air conditioning. Street scape is poor and nearby very dirty, but improves markedly within a few blocks.

It was a great location but the WiFi was awful and when you connected to it you had no connection to the internet. When I arrived there were smudge marks on my bed covers. But overall the staff was very accommodating.

Room was ok, tidy enough but not the cleanest. You had to leave your key at reception so interacted with staff each day and they were polite and pleasant.

Booked this hotel because the location looked good (close to Sacre Coeur and restaurants, etc). However, the block this hotel is on is shady. Closed businesses, with lots of graffiti and shady characters hanging around in the evening. The hotel itself is very old, with dim lighting in the room, no a/c or fan (a portable fan was provided in the closet), limited electric outlets and no electronic lock on the door (a key was provided that we had to leave at reception when we were not in the room).
