元ラブホテルですかね。 各部屋が全く異なるレイアウトみたいです。 海外の人から見ると普通のホテルですが、日本の人から見ると掃除はされてるけど綺麗に見えない雑然としたホテルです。 例えば、テレビの画面が汚かったり、配線がタコ足凄かったり、部屋に直角や真っ直ぐが少なかったり、風呂場の洗面台は水しか出なかったり、です。 パッと見、東南アジアの少し田舎の街に来たんだっけ?と思ったりします。フロントの人もそんな感じですし。 まあ、平日に1泊12,000円以上払ってコレか〜と思ったのでリブマックスは2度と予約しない様に気をつけます。

立地は悪くないですが、最寄りの後楽園駅からは10分程歩きますので、暑い日はちょっとしんどいです。喫煙室のある2階に宿泊した為か、道路の騒音がまぁまぁ入ります。宿泊客はインバウンドが多い印象です。 全体的に設備は古いです。清潔感はギリギリ、潔癖な人には少しキツい可能性があります。 風呂場・洗面所・トイレのスペースは面積的には広いですが、バスタブは小さいです。しかもカーテンが短い為、バスタブ全体を囲えずゆっくりシャワーを浴びる事は出来ません。 しかし最もストレスを感じたのはWiFiが脆弱過ぎる事です。頻繁に途切れるので、テザリングでしのぎました。 寝るだけだと割り切れば大丈夫かも知れませんが、いくら都心でも価格に見合わないと言わざるを得ないです。

I chose this hotel because it was only 2 minutes' walk from my friends' home so it was ultra convenient to have a hotel in the suburb. It's a budget hotel so it was good value, being only a place for me to sleep. The important amenities were clean but under the bed was grubby & dusty.

The bathtub curtain is contaminated with black mold, as are the bathtub and washbasin joints. The room smells of dust and old age. The budget price is no excuse.

You get what you pay. Good for traveler with budget. Love the area. From Narita Airport, take limousine bus to Tokyo Dome Hotel and take taxi to the hotel for about JPY 700-800.
