Great
The staff was amazing, the bed was great, breakfast was delicious. Just didn’t like people outside smoking pot and the smell goes in the rooms, also lack of hot water.

Front desk staff was great, but cleaning crew were having long loud conversations just outside our room very early. Pool was nice - area was convenient but wouldn't recommend walking around as it is on and near major roads.

Nice staff. Location fine. Just not well maintained. Room kind of gross. Paint dirty/peeling. Carpet needs replaced. Wouldn’t walk barefoot in the room because carpet looked so dirty. Literally no baseboards in room so the dirty unpainted wall exposed. If only sleeping there, it’s fine but didn’t want to spend any tin the room because it was not painted or new carpet in decades

The rug seemed filthy and furnishings were dated, but it wasn't a complete disaster. Just sub-par. Breakfast was great tasty. Hot great start to the day. Air condition nice.

The staff was very nice. Easy check in and check out. Parking was a plus- but the $10 per day seemed a bit much. The pool was super clean However this hotel was very much like a run down motel- the rooms had patches in the ceilings- the door didn’t latch 100% percent and it felt very dingy. Ok for maybe a one person one night stop. Not good for couple with kids- my 12 year old cried for about 20 mins when we got into the room- The hallways weren’t weather sealed to the outside- the bathroom shower sprayer wasn’t installed right. Just run down. The breakfast was not really that good. But it was free food. Staff was very nice no problems there other then the ones watching the pool seemed really blah- but I can’t blame them they are sitting in the sun all day - Not recommended for families but ok for an emergency “can’t find anything else “ for one person or a couple without kids. Staff was very nice- cleaners were good and did the best they could. Really comfortable beds!

The room was clean. Staff was friendly , except when we were checking out. No acknowledgment. The outlet to the bathroom as well as the light in that area would only work if the hair dryer was plugged in :/ The bed was soft but I think the box spring was broken. The mattress caved in -in the middle very uncomfortable.

Dirty hotel environment. Rat found inside hotel room. Unprofessional customer service by hotel manager with no response for my report. Total ignorance of complaint. The worst experience. No value for the room charge.

The main pronlem was staff attitude when asked for help with a taxi. It's booked it'll be here in 10 minutes, couldn't care less when it hadn't arrived - eventually turned up (it's the only option really we don'r ha e any other nunbers) 40 monutea later. Management need to sort out this attitude and find another reliable taxi service. Susbequently next morning i nlknew i would need a cab to get to oston airport. Only 10 mins but they want US dollars 40 and off the meter! If the firm want yoir business they should focus on the customers not just feeding dtivers greed! And by the way it was onlu lucky that i was standing by the door otherwise my booled taxi woildn't have been there for me but taken by someone else. If they're coming for a booking they should wait until the person booking them is there (good job i was rhere on time) Room was confortable enoigh and air con working well so the little sleep i had (my choice i know) was comfortable
