The hotel is very clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Is a very good location hotel which linked to BTS and a mall. Will definitely come back to this hotel for my next trip in 2026. Awesome!!

I have been to this hotel twice and will always be my favorite hotel in bkk. Its not just a five star hotel but also five star service! They take every requests seriously and try their best to make every customer happy. The location is awesome with many amenities such as massage, connected to mall and train station, and supermarket nearby. The room is clean and the water pressure is superb, one small complain though is that the pillow is way too soft but you can request for firmer pillows. The housekeeper is also very responsive, they will come your room within 10minutes to pass you the things you requested. They even prepared the bed for my anniversary before I even checked-in. If you are in bangkok give this hotel a try, or not cos I want to gatekeep this place hahaha

The room is clean and bed is comfortable! Location is excellent with BTS On Nut just beside the hotel and connected via a shopping mall. There are many street stalls outside and opposite of the hotel. Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, service is fast when I requested for more water and towels etc. Will definitely come back to stay again!

Great hotel on Sukhumvit road a bit out of the CBD but located next to On Nut BTS station. The room was on the 30th floor and had a nice view. Breakfast was great with a good selection. I didn't use the pool but I had the 90min beer and snack deal from the pool bar. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre with a movie theatre and about 4 floors of food, even a night market setup every night outside while I was there. Would definitely stay again

Right infront of Onnut BTS with shelter linkway from 2nd floor to BTS station link to major shopping center and street food ,super market & many eating outlet don't worry of raining day very good breakfast at L7. Reception counter & porter very GOOD. Room clean & like the pillow very soft, shoẁer hot water strong & hot high pressure.

Got the perfect place to stay in at Avani Hotel in Bangkok. The staff are very trained and accomodating and courteous as well. The place is very clean so as a perfect place to stay as it near BTS and shopping malls and restaurant.
