The property was difficult to get to. The main entrance is on a 1 way street and you drive past the first entrance and enter of the 2nd one. Front area very cluttered with cars parked right as you pull in and along the road. Our vehicle was on the road in front turning into the lot for 10 mins waiting for an opportunity to pull in. Not enough staff to manage the flow in valet at 4pm check in. Lots of checking staff, only had 5 min waiting there. Recommend doubling valet staff and maybe mandatory valet service with such a tight drop of area. Room had dirt and debris on the carpet like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and the shower would not shut off. It sounded like it was running the entire night, we got back late from our concert and we’re not going to stay up waiting for maintenance. It wasn’t even dripping m, just sounded like it was running. Overall, room not what I expected for a $700 night. Will not stay here next time.
