Stayed with family

The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc.

Certain people here have no empathy for situations And then there’s others that go the extra mile for a great experience . Overall the rep from today was amazing and hope to see here before we leave the resort when we leave

I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic.

We had an amazing family vacation at Aulani! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and check‑in was quick and easy. The resort is truly designed for families — there were so many activities for the kids, and plenty of things for adults to enjoy as well. Getting around was simple, and it was easy to explore outside the hotel without dealing with traffic. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days of fun. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Aulani. We’re already hoping to make this an annual tradition!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aulani! Our room was very clean, the cast members were very friendly, we loved seeing the fab 5 in their tropical outfits but best of all we enjoyed our view of the sunset while sitting at the beach at the resort.
