Had a great stay! The hotel is nice, the room was comfortable, and I really loved the pool. The location is peaceful and it’s around a 15-minute walk to Pratunam Night Market. Just one feedback: I hope there could be staff available to assist with luggage, especially during the early morning. Our luggage wheel got broken while wheeling it down to the lobby, so having someone assist would have been helpful.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was great, and everyone was always happy to help. My only minor concern was the lighting in my room, it wasn’t bright enough, so it was a bit difficult to take high-quality photos. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and will surely miss this hotel in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Definitely will book again when we come back to Thailand! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room setup, which made the start of our vacation even more special and memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was the perfect place to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend staying here!

Everything that you read in other reviews is true. The room has a balcony but it's locked, you are not allowed to use it. There's no window that can be open so you rely only the air-conditioning system for fresh air. The security staff are great. We were for 3 nights, after the first night we didn't want the room to be cleaned. After the second night we wanted the room to be cleaned but it wasn't. I think 3 star hotel should have cleaning service every day. The rooftop pool was good. Overall good value if you get the room on 1200-1300 THB/night and you are ok with the lack of balcony or windows that open.
