perfect spot near to nightlife party around

Location of the hotel was just perfect. Everything one needs is in the vicinity. The vibrant heart of Shinjuku is just around the corner and yet the hotel area is quite & peaceful. Although the room was small as every other hotel in Tokyo, we enjoyed our stay & specifically loved the self check in & check out service. Wolud prefer this hotel.

we booked the biggest room but still within the typical Japan size hotel rooms, was quiet since it's meters away from the nightlife of Kabukicho.

The hotel maintains a standard of cleanliness, and the staff consistently demonstrates a commendable level of helpfulness. We would, however, appreciate the inclusion of luggage storage facilities for guests upon check-out.

Location is good for commuter and there is a nearby lawson that you can visit its just the smell of the room has a strong cigarette smell

The hotel was expensive and the room was small, which was expected as the photos accurately showed the space. Despite the size, the room was clean and well-maintained. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, and it was convenient to pick up fresh towels from the lobby daily. I also appreciated the added touches like a fridge, a kettle, and a full-length mirror in the room. The location was very convenient — there were plenty of 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores nearby, which made it easy to grab essentials, and the train station was just a short walk away. The only downside to our stay was that the hotel didn’t allow us to leave our luggage in the lobby, even for just two hours and we are only allowed to extend in our room for 1 hour for ¥1000. This was quite challenging, especially since we were traveling with a child and had hoped to have lunch before our car arrived to take us to the airport. Without a place to store our bags, it made things more difficult than expected.

We love this hotel despite the small room because the location is just near a station so you can do commute easily plus there are lawsons, family marts, and 7/11 nearby

We had a fun & comfortable stay. Amenities are great. Love that we have our own microwave in the room. Livemax is always like this, so convenient. Only downside is that some receptionists are not very helpful. Overall, still highly recommended.

The hotel is in good condition and just 1min away from the nearest train station which is higashi-shinjuku. Also, the hotel staff are very nice, warm and very helpful.

room is a little bit small but clean and tidy. no room service, you have to do on your own if you want new towel and toiletries you have to get it on your own on their lobby.. but location is great because it is near the tram station , shopping areas , and restaurants. over all experience is good...highly recommended..
